Drew's Background
Before launching his own practice, Mr. Kapneck began his legal career in sports law at a Florida-based agency, representing professional athletes in both the NBA and NFL. He later transitioned to a leading corporate litigation firm, where he defended prominent entities—including the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Jacksonville Jaguars, Ritz-Carlton, Marriott, and McDonald’s—against negligence lawsuits. This background gave him rare insight into defense tactics, which he now leverages on behalf of his plaintiff clients.

Mr. Kapneck continues to be deeply engaged in both the legal and local communities.
